Youth Summer Series: Game Night!
Come one, come all to our first Summer Youth Event: Game Night!!!
Please join us for an evening of ice cream and games on Wednesday, June 18 from 6-8pm at CPC. We will have a couple of board games as well as, by popular demand, Sock of DOOM.
If you like to throw socks, this event is for you. If you like to eat ice cream, this event is for you. If you like board games, this event is for you. If you like to throw socks while eating ice cream and playing board games, you should remember which hand is holding your ice cream spoon before you throw anything.
For folks who want to play Sock of DOOM, please wear sneakers and bring your water bottles.
This event is for our Youth Grade 6 and up (entering 6th grade in the Fall of 2025). Be on the look out for events for our younger friends later this summer! If you have any questions, please reach out to Leighanne at lway@cpcdowningtown.org.

Community Easter Egg Hunt
Join us for a morning of free fun for the whole family! We will have an easter egg hunt, activities and crafts and a special snack. All are welcomed and invited.
50th Anniversary Bell Choir Concert
Join us to celebrate 50 years of bell ringing at Central Presbyterian! Other bell choirs from the area will join us, and we’ll have a reception immediately following the concert. All are welcome.

Words of Life: Faith Formation Mini-Series
What if the Ten Commandments were not just a set of ancient rules, but a guide to experiencing the good life today?
Join us for a new mini-series that takes a fresh look at the Ten Commandments. Using a video series from Adam Hamilton, we will look at what these laws meant to Moses and how Jesus reinterpreted them, showing how each “thou shalt not” points to a life-giving “thou shalt.”

Half Truths Faith Formation Mini-Series
Join us to discover a new perspective on common “churchy” sayings. Each week we will view a 10-minute video on one phrase and then have a casual discussion. Each class session is independent, so it’s ok if you can’t come every week. And there is no homework, so drop in anytime!
This mini-series class will run for 5 sessions on Sundays from 10:45 to 11:30 am in room 107-109. This class takes place during Children & Youth Faith Formation, so childcare is available for all ages.
